<p>For 2005 There Were A Total Of <strong>364</strong> Showings In October Which Represented A Slight <strong>INCREASE</strong> From The Previous Year.</p>
<p>The <strong>1543</strong>  Total Showings In October 2006 Equated To A <strong>HUGE INCREASE</strong> Of <strong>323.9%</strong> Compared To The Same Period Of The Previous Year.</p>
<p>During 2007, We Saw A Healthy Total Of <strong>1202</strong> Showings For The Month Of October Across The Price Ranges Analyzed.</p>
<p>October 2008 Yielded A Total Of <strong>1057</strong> Showings For All Properties In The Price Range Of <strong>$100,000</strong> To <strong>$400,000</strong>.</p>
<p>In 2009 There Were <strong>1473</strong> Showings For The Month Of  October. The Figures Represents A <strong>39.4%</strong> <strong>INCREASE</strong> From The Same Month Of The Previous Year.</p>
<p>Only 2006 With A Total <strong>1543</strong>  Had More Showings In The Month Of October Than 2009. The ‘09 Showings Total Of <strong>1473</strong> Was Just <strong>4.75%</strong> Down From The 2006 Figure.</p>

<p>The Number Of Showings In October 2004 Was <strong>22</strong> Giving A Weekly Average Of <strong>5.0</strong> For A Per Listing Average Of <strong>2.4</strong>.</p>
<p>2005 Saw <strong>52</strong> Showings In October Which Represented An <strong>INCREASE</strong> Of <strong>136.6%</strong> For The Same Period Of The Previous Year. This Gave A Weekly Average Of <strong>11.7</strong> For <strong>3.1</strong> Visits Per Listing.</p>
<p>October 2006 Recorded A <strong>MASSIVE</strong> <strong>413.5%</strong> More Showings Compared To The Same Period Of The Previous Year. <strong>267 </strong>Was The Total Number Of Showings Giving A Weekly Average Of <strong>60.3</strong>. Each Listing Received An Average Of <strong>4.2</strong> Visits.</p>
<p>In October Of 2007 The Number Of Showings Was <strong>182</strong>. This Gave An Average Weekly Showing Of <strong>41.1</strong> Giving Each Listing <strong>2.2</strong> Visitors.</p>
<p>We Had <strong>178</strong> Showings In 2008 For A Total Weekly Average Of <strong>40.2</strong>, Which Gave Each Listing An Exposure Of <strong>2.0</strong> Showings.</p>
<p>In The Tenth Month Of 2009 The Number Of Showings Was <strong>174.</strong> Tis Resulted In The Weekly Average Viewing Of <strong>39.3</strong> And A Per Listing Showing Of <strong>2.5</strong>.</p>

<p>October 2006 Had A <strong>WHOPPING</strong> <strong>844.4%</strong> More Showings Compared To The Previous Year For A Total Of <strong>255</strong> Showings, Giving A Weekly Average Of <strong>57.6</strong> At <strong>4.5</strong> Showings Per Listing.</p>
<p>2007 Gave Us A <strong>186 </strong>Showings In The Tenth Month Compared To The Previous Year. This Represented A Weekly Average Of <strong>42.0</strong> And <strong>3.3</strong> Showings Per Listing.</p>
<p>The Number Of Showings For October 2008 Was <strong>193</strong> Which Resulted In A Weekly Average Of <strong>43.6</strong> Meaning That Each Listing Got An Average Of <strong>2.3</strong> Visits.</p>
<p><strong>192</strong> Showings Was Recorded In The Tenth Month Of 2009. This Translated To A Weekly Average Of <strong>43.4</strong> Showings At <strong>2.9</strong> Per Listing.</p>

<p>We Had A Total Of <strong>350</strong> Showings For This Price Range In October 2009, For An <strong>INCREASE</strong> Of <strong>96.6%</strong> Relative To Same Period Of Previous Year. This Resulting In A Weekly Average Of <strong>79.0</strong> And Each Listing Being Visited <strong>3.4</strong> Times.</p>
